Silex (French for Flint) 2018 is a blend of white Pinot Noir and Solaris, both fermented in stainless steel then aged in neutral Burgundian oak barrels. This is a complex wine, with breezy floral notes overlaying fresh spice and toasted almond. It is zippy on the palate, clean and linear with good structure and can be enjoyed now or cellared for up to five years.
