This off dry cava that is complex on the nose, offering the primary aromas of the grapes. A classic blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes. Bottle aged for more than 12 months, made in the traditional method (similar to Champagne), this wine displays apple fruit aromas and light citrus on the palate.
