This is a complex Saignée Rosé, capturing red berries and spice from the predominantly Pinot Noir base, lifted by a hint of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
It has bready notes initially on the nose, with light flavours of raspberry and redcurrant on the palate leading to a zesty lift of pink grapefruit and a long, refreshing finish.
