A 15 hectare estate run by father and son team, having been handed down through many generations. Glorious views of the famous Sancerre hill. The 40 year old vines have reached the pinnacle of their quality and cultivated via a sustainable approach. A variety of soils has given the wine a freshness and some body, which has further been enhance with 12 months barrel ageing.
On the nose: Expressive aromas of ripe red fruits are elevated by smoky notes of roasted coffee.
On the palate: Soft with a silky texture, the wine opens up with beautiful volume and is full of finesse and elegance.
Food pairing: Lamb shank, lentil ragu.
