Husband and wife team manage the vineyards and production of this vibrant Saumur Champigny. Heavily Cabernet Franc focussed, cultivating 40 hectares of this grape variety. The Vielles Vignes (old vine) element refers to the 35 year old vines which produce more concentration, complexity and depth compared to young vines. Minimal chemicals used and sustainable practices such as allowing the growth of grass in-between rows of vines. A style of wine that is often served 'frais', or chilled.
