Proving that patience is a virtue our winemakers, Owen and Fergus Elias, leave the lager in the tank for 3 months, allowing the rich flavours to full develop.
The result is a bright beer with a fresh aroma of caramel. The taste of lemon rind merges with a hint of sweetness from the malts.
