Some Young Punks Quickie Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from vineyards in the Adelaide Hills wine-growing region. True to Some Young Punks style, the Quickie is a little different – there is some barrel fermentation and some solids fermentation. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and pressed and the free run and pressings separated.
